rude staff
I was looking to have windows repaired or replaced....they responded immediately by phone and claimed someone would schedule an estimate within a week, never happened,when I called back, they came out......he could not have been more unfriendly, spent 5 minutes and said he would get me a price in a couple days...his exact words were if go with it ,fine.....if not, that's fine to....I never received the estimate

Auburn Corporation is awesome! Scott is the best window designer and their customer service is first rate. I have gotten all my Marvin Windows from Scott at Auburn and they are the best. They are a quality window that is easy to use and clean. I love my Marvins and you will too!
