I just had an AWFUL experience at the Aubuchon in Kingston MA. I usually use one of the larger paint companies but have been trying to give my money to smaller companies/mom and pops. I went to this store for a quart of eggshell black paint..easy right? When I got home and started using it, the paint was green. I let it dry to see if it darkened but it didn't. Had a horrible experience at Cornell’s true value in eastchester NY. I already left them a scathing review. I followed up by leaving a detailed message with someone in Human Resources at aubuchon company. That was over a week ago. I never heard anything back. If you don’t have a store at a location anymore, you should remove your name from the plaza, instead of making me expensive waste gas coming to a store that doesn’t exist. This is literally the most basic store function: Existing where you say you exist should be a given? Update: Six months later and it's still there.
