They reached out to me saying I owe a debt & that I have to pay the balance in full. How are they demanding I pay a balance without first negotiating or without hearing my side of the story? I was already making payments to the lender & have agreed on a payment plan. And when I tried calling them it always go straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional law firm!
The people who work here are incompetent and lack any common sense. They never pick up the phone. Such a shady operation and I filed a complaint with the Georgia Bar Association for their deceptive practices.
Why am I not able to give a zero star review? This” law firm” put a hold on my personal checking account and took money from it- without warning. I have attempted to call now four times, with no response.
I was trying to use my debit card, and it keeps declining, so I called the bank and they informed me that this company has a court order hold on my account. I see another review with the same situation regarding a car from 2019. I tried to set up payment arrangements with the company the said no and I would have to talk to their lawyer. Once their lawyer contacted me and I told them everything and then they told me the case was closed.
