They reached out to me saying I owe a debt & that I have to pay the balance in full. How are they demanding I pay a balance without first negotiating or without hearing my side of the story? I was already making payments to the lender & have agreed on a payment plan. And when I tried calling them it always go straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional law firm!
The people who work here are incompetent and lack any common sense. They never pick up the phone. Such a shady operation and I filed a complaint with the Georgia Bar Association for their deceptive practices.
