I would strongly recommend choosing any provider that is not a Trinity Health/Mercy affiliate. I cannot respect a healthcare system that refers to patients as “customers” behind closed doors. They treat healthcare like a factory line instead of a human service. Miss an appointment because your doctor took last-minute PTO and the dates got mixed up? Too bad!
