Love Aubrey CrossFit! At first I wasn’t sure, especially with an injury. The coaches have placed me on a plan and modified every workout. Not to mention the members, they are so supportive, helpful, caring and motivating. If you have never tried CrossFit, you must. Give us a visit!!!!
Aubrey CrossFit is where you need to be!!! The coaches are amazing. Doesn’t matter what level you are at. They are trained for it. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly.
I love Aubrey CrossFit! I started going here over two years ago as a complete beginner, really scared that I wouldn’t fit in or that I wasn’t strong enough. But the coaches were extremely gracious, the community was supportive, and I was able to jump into this awesome fitness culture and really grow. - Physically, and mentally. I can’t recommend them enough.
