One of the worst factories I dealt with in Australia. They ask for money first, and upon receiving the request, if any defect is found, they do not admit it. This is in addition to the very bad treatment of the receptionist and also the failure to answer the phone at all to inquire about my request, you must go to them. That's why I don't recommend them at all
Good friendly staff. Highly recommended.
