Absolutely the best inn in all of Maine! Great attentive management and staff!
The reservationist was rude, did not make any suggestions as to the available online offers, interrupted me constantly, did not send a confirmation of the reservation, and did not answer two emails to her/resort. The new CEO did not answer my letter after almost 2 weeks. When I finally received a confirmation, as instructed I asked some questions by clicking the email address on the confirmation and the email came back "address not found". Started construction on a wedding at 10pm and went till 2:19 am. Twisting metal aluminum putting up tents, hundreds of pieces of wood being screwed and or nailed together. This is totally unconscionable! How on earth does someone from mgmt allow this. Spoke with the wedding coordinator at 130 advised that the hotel would not let them do construction during the day. Sharply at 8am they continue screwing and hammering away. Started Friday nite and continued thru Saturday morning.
