Took car in for trans slipping. Ended up being low fluid. They are very thorough. I've taken neighbors in with car problems, they have been very happy and now becoming regulars. It's great to have a place you can count on.
We were hearing a little bit of a ticking or grinding noise coming from our car and wasn't sure what it was. We stopped at their shop and they put our car on the lift and checked it from front to back. They didn't find anything wrong and when we asked how much we owed them they said we owe them nothing. Really nice guys, very friendly. 100% recommend them.
Car started when we dropped it off for a transmission replacement on 5/9. The vehicle now does not shut off when you turn the key. Roy had to send somebody out to jump the vehicle due to a new issue he was unable to identify in the time he had the vehicle. I would recommend taking your car to any other shop in the state, pay for the tow if you have to. Roy refused to let me speak to the owner because he claimed it wasn't necessary to involve him in a repair he was unable to complete. We will be taking the vehicle to a dealer... read more
