EDIT TO RESPOND TO BUSINESS: Despite what the business says - my mother was absolutely asked to pay for the service for which she had a gift card and was allowed to leave because after 15-20 minutes of back and forth the store was closing - confused why someone who wasn't there is saying what happened and what my interest is to not be truthful here - I was part of this conversation.
