I’ve attended a number of group sound baths here and every time has been amazing, I’ve successfully completed my reiki 2 training here. They also sell herbs, crystals, jewelry and other holistic products. Elizabeth and her staff are amazing at what they do, highly recommend
went in for first ever Reiki experience. I tried to cancel hours before bc I wasn't feeling well (had surgery 4 weeks ago). She rightfully pushed me to come bc that is what my body needed. She went above and beyond to help me settle and be present. She saw my fight or flight response due to PTSD and accommodated me to make me feel safe. I have been to Au Naturale Spa twice and loved each experience. The first time I went, I had the Fountain of Youth facial with Reiki, and I came out looking 10 years younger. The Second time I went, I had a biofield reset therapy. I went in absolutely stressed and came out feeling absolutely relaxed and great. Both times I had the Aura photo's and they were spot on telling the story of what I was feeling in my body. Liz is friendly and makes you feel comfortable immediately. The spa is beautiful and clean.
I love the reiki classes that Elizabeth leads. Its a great way for me to be more grounded and to reset. I have come back multiple times and have even invited friends to join the class.
I booked the Mother's Day Spa package with facial and deep tissue frequency massage with voice analysis and vibroacoustic therapy. Elizabeth did an amazing job, I was completely comfortable and relaxed and the session did wonders for my mind, body and soul. Thank you Elizabeth!
