So I’ve been on a health journey for the last year. I’ve changed my eating habits, supplements, sleep, and overall outlook on life. I believe God has opened paths to greater things because I have put my well being first. Thank you, Lisa Mull! From emotional and physical upkeep, I can see improvement all the time. Lisa made an inspiring presentation for a group of women at my church. She has an extensive knowledge on how our bodies can function better by changing the way we eat, think, and deal with others and ourselves. So many of us thought we knew a lot about health until we heard Lisa speak. She is so personable and nonjudgmental that you leave feeling like you can do anything. So glad she was able to teach us a thing or twenty!
I’ve been seeing Lisa for the last few months... I have been greatly pleased with the progress in my healing. She is very knowledgeable and very thorough. Also love that see looks at things from a Spiritual aspect as well as physical, emotional and mental.
