This is a great store, lots of beautiful items. Good sleep is important to your overall health. Invest in it.
For a company that prides themselves on high quality Canadian products, they sure have a lot of US stock. The quality seems average at best.
Elaine was brilliant, efficient, knowledgeable and cheerful.
I ordered twin duvet covers and paid a lot of money for a custom order. When they arrived, they seemed too short. The duvet is 74”; when stretched fully the covers measured only 75”, which the store insisted was correct and which “accounted for shrinkage”. They were adamant that there would be no remediation for this custom order. I’ve now washed them twice, taking great care to run a delicate cold water cycle and dry them low heat damp, and they have shrunk to less than 72”, making them functionally useless.
