I’m very disappointed with both the quality of this product and the customer service. I purchased a beautiful blue towel from this store, but after just one wash (in a regular colour load using Tide detergent), the dye bled badly and left the towel looking blotchy and ruined. I am so pleased with the help I received in looking for a particular colour for pillow cases. It was never too much trouble for them to give extra help or advice or to send their beautifully presented samples for me to look at. Although the colour did not work out (and no fault of Au Lit Fine Linens) the pillow cases were of excellent quality and have found a home. I had such a lovely shopping experience at the Yonge Street location of Au Lit Fine Linens. I went in to buy new bedding and was so impressed with both the selection and the atmosphere. The store is beautiful, well organized, and feels very inviting. The customer service was amazing! And the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. I’ll definitely be back!
I placed a $2,000 order to find out lots of the items aren't even in stock. Your monogrammed pillow will be 4 to 6 weeks.. ooookay
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Au Lit Fine Linens. I purchased a duvet in their store brand “Jasper” after loving the pillows I had previously purchased. Shortly after checkout, I received an email stating that U.S. shipments “may be subject to up to a 35% tariff” in addition to any duties or import fees.
