We were literally blown into the marina on Friday and stayed for1.5 days. Lori and Renee were awesome! Friendly, helpful, accommodating (great tip on the Freaking Pickles place, Renee. It was great!). The people at the restaurant were kind and friendly, as well. Thank you so much for your kindness. We will be sure to stop in if we ever make it to the Eastside again . PS, we did finally make it to Grand Haven in one piece

We were visiting Au Gres and stopped in to ask about boat rentals. Although the yacht club didn’t rent boats, they quickly called a couple places in the area for us and helped us research local beaches. Ultimately they couldn’t find a boat rental that was open that day, but their kindness and hospitality made our trip to Au Gres special. If they treat strangers this way, I can’t imagine how great they treat their members! Thank you, Lori and Renee!!
