We recently had a new Aufocus diesel heater installed in our caravan (installation was independent of Aufocus) which was not working properly. The support staff at Aufocus troubleshooted the issue over the phone and recognized the problem as an issue with the fuel pump. A new pump was express posted, arriving in Canberra the next day, and installed by me in less than 5 min (after watching a YouTube video). The heater now works perfectly. Our aufocus heater struggled during a Winter trip to the Outback. Lorenzo was very generous with his time as we sought to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. There was no hesitation in sending out a replacement part and we all have toasty toes again in the morning. Thanks team!
I bought a new Opus 4 camper trailer and on the 1st set up to check everything out, I found the diesel heater to not be working. I contacted Opus who put onto AU Focus as they are the supplier of the heater. I contacted Vince and the team and told them everything I had done to get it working.
