Recently I had an issue with my AUFOCUS heater and spoke with Lorenzo. The response and support was amazing. Lorenzo determined a pump issue and immediately organised a replacement to be sent to me. Now fitted, my heater is working to its full potential. Thanks AUFOCUS
I recently purchased a Born to Roam AU Focus 2 kw diesel heater. After a little research I decided to go with this rather than a cheap one you can buy these days. It comes with an easy step by step user and a very detailed with diagrams installation manual to which I was able to install myself. The quality of the heater and more so the accessories that you get are brilliant. After 18 months of running perfectly, it developed an unusual problem, I rang aufocus technical team, they were nothing short of fantastic - first trying to ascertain the cause of the problem (very patient) and then sending me what I needed to resolve it. Fast and without fuss - I am back up and running again. 1st class organisation.
