There ~are~ people there (Susan the order specialist, and Linus the owner), so this appears to be a company, but my experience leaves me wondering if it's a competent and/or legit one. Setting up as a customer was painful: I had to essentially nag them to become a customer. I really wanted a MI-local casting company, so I persisted.
