Awesome team, a duct had come off a very cold day. Came and fixed it straight away.
Having your heater stop working during winter is never a good feeling. We called AU Duct and they were able to accommodate a call-out on the same day for a very reasonable price, and diagnosed the issue immediately. Fred came back the next day with the replacement for the defective part and got our heating back up running within minutes. Very satisfied with the result and turnaround time.
The technician showed up right on time and did a really thorough job cleaning the AC. He even added a touch of tea tree oil, so now the air smells super fresh when we turn it on. Super honest guy too — we were planning to clean several units, but he took a look and said it wasn’t necessary, which saved us a lot of money. It’s clear this business cares more about doing good work and keeping customers happy than just making a profit.
They did a good job with the cleaning, but unfortunately, they damaged our heater. When the technician finished the job, he mentioned that they also offer heater servicing. We had our heater cleaned by them at the end of last winter. After the service, we only turned it on once and noticed it didn’t feel as warm as before, but we didn’t think much of it at the time.
