If you ever have an issue here, don’t even bother bringing it up to the manager, Jeleisa — she’ll twist your words and make you feel like you’re the problem instead of taking your concerns seriously. What’s worse is that the owner refuses to take any accountability for her team’s behavior. The work environment is uncomfortable to watch.
