Had a physio appointment, Stéphanie teaches me how to take care of my body it stressful situations. She is helping my body to heal. Update * Started off strong but it got expensive to see her regularly, she was less concerned about my health and more concerned with getting paid. It's a shame that our society has come to this. She did refer me to an alter place where it is more affordable for people without insurance but there's a waiting list.
