Company put a basketball hoop in the middle off the parking lot and refuses to contact me back on damages done to my personal vehicle. Keep in mind my car is registered with the complex ,and is legally parked , I’m still waiting on my response to the demand letter!!!!!
I lived in Meadowthorpe landing it used to be very pleasant place to.live now it is like a prison. Residents are being harrassedby management, told how to live what they can do and what they can't. I have a service dog and I was not allowed to go in the community room with him. Residents are being accused of things that they have no knowledge of.
If you need repairs, good luck! I live on the 1st floor in my bldg., and several tiles in my living-room were damaged due to water coming in from the outside. A work order was put in June of 2022, it is now August of 2024 and the floor is still not fixed! I keep getting the run around about why my floor hasn’t been fixed. 2 people from AU Properties have looked at my floors, but nothing has been done in 2 YEARS! Weird thing is, when my next-door neighbor moved out a few months ago, they replaced floor tiles in that apartment... read more
