I don’t know about the other reviews but I had a terrible experience. I went there originally, with healthy virgin hair, for a straightening perm and they told me it was gonna cost 1600$ I thought the price was absolutely ridiculous. We decided then to just make a big change and take my hair from dark brown to red I showed him pictures of dark red and he ended doing a horrible job of a bleach balayage and put bright red on it.
