I am very disappointed with this company. I reached out to Jarryd in earlier this year and he gave me a quote to do some needed gutter work on our property So we settled on a date and I waited. A day before the Job was due, he emails me to tell me that he no longer can do it due to staff shortage and that was a day after I texted him to remind him. We'd been dealing with a leaking in our bathroom for quite some time, and Jarryd was the third plumber we called after we finally identified the source of the problem. There was a small hiccup during the repair when a member of his team accidentally damaged the toilet and a couple of tiles while removing it.
