DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Brian Parmelee was contacted in November, 2025. Filed a claim with warranty company and was paid $1,600. I paid my $100 deductible to him. It is now May and after excuse after excuse, he never did the repair and never even went to look at the RV. He now will not return my deductible to me so I after seeing all the other people he has scammed out of services/money. My deductible was returned to me after weeks of requesting. Hopefully the Warranty company can recoop their $1,600.00.

This isn’t so much a review as I have not actually used this business. It is more of an advisory/warning so you are careful in your approach and decision . I’ve been active in the RV community for a good while and was considering giving this local independent business a try. Finding an honest, knowledgeable RV mechanic is important to me. Service is amazing. We have used Brian several times and he is fast and friendly. Last year at Nascar we had an RV that we rented and the AC went out. Brian was at NASCAR and can over to help us. He was on his personal time and still came to help. He installed a new AC unit for us. We will continue to use him!!
