I’ve brought my car here multiple times but am definitely leaving a review this time. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. 1 STAR I am a single mother, and I trusted this shop with my BMW because I believed they were going to take care of me and my vehicle. Instead, I have spent over $7,000 with them, and I feel like I was taken advantage of financially. I have brought my vehicle back for what I believe is the same problem THREE different times, and I am still dealing with issues. These guys are absolutely awesome. As long as I have a BMW I will take it here. After taking my car to 3 different places who were unable to find the issue or tried to charge me 10k, these guys were able to find the problem and fixed it for a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere. They are very knowledgeable and taught me new things about my car. And as a woman this is the one place I never felt was trying to get extra money out of me which is rare. Seriously bring your car to these guys they are amazing.
I brought my X5 in for a post purchase inspection. Both gentlemen were very friendly and informative on what my next steps should be in servicing my car in the near future! My husband and I always want to support small businesses and veterans when possible, so I will definitely be bringing my car back for future needs!
