Used to be a decent shop a couple years ago, BUT TODAY the owner, and new receptionist, have a NEW attitude one of being RUDE and CONDESCENDING, he lost a customer for his little temper tantrum, I would take my business elsewhere! UPDATED RESPONSE TO OWNER’S FALSE CLAIMS I never had an issue with the service taking two or four hours. My only request was to drop off my car at approximately 8:00 AM. Got some work done to my BMW this past week and was very satisfied with the work that was done to it. This team is fast paced as it felt like my car was in and out of the shop in no time. Very friendly and welcoming staff as well that were very helpful throughout the process. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone with a BMW or other German car that needs to get work done at a reasonable price. Will definitely come back if I need some more work done to my car!
