I recently toured an apartment and had such a wonderful experience! Lisa was absolutely amazing, she was warm, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I especially loved the amenities, everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I would rethink moving here if I were you. After living in this apartment building for almost 2 years, the quality of this building has gone DOWN HILL!!! For one there is a constant aroma of marijuana throughout the halls, poop on the ground, trash in the halls, etc. Not only that but the supposed “enclosed” parking amenity that they charge us $350 for 2 cars for, isn’t so enclosed, it’s been BROKEN FOR MONTHS. I’ve been living here for almost two years, and unfortunately my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I pay for garage parking, and the garage entrance gate has been broken and left open for months, removing any real access control. During this time, my car was stolen from the garage. A paid parking amenity should at minimum be secure. The worst place I’ve ever lived. Everything gone wrong from the beginning. Absolutely incompetent leasing office, who can’t write your name correctly several times, so you have to call them (they ignored emails) again and again to fix it. And once they fix it, you find another mistake. We had to wait for a correct contract for over a month, because they couldn’t just do it right! I have been living here since middle of last year. All the management: Lisa, Julie, Bridgette, and Ty have been nothing, but helpful and flexible. The management truly facilitates a good and peaceful living here at Atworth! I am grateful for their help and for the privilege to live here!
