Nijah was extremely helpful! I booked the unit on the spot and I am so happy. Everyone in the office was chiming in and helping me with any questions or requests I may have had. Really nice unit as well especially for the price and the area :).
Now, the reason I gave these apartments a three was because how I was treated by the concierge. She did not want to address me by my proper name but instead addressed me by my nickname. which I did not give her permission to do so, especially if it viewing these apartments for the first time… As the time continued, the concierge constant interrupted, sometimes will say excuse me and other times manners where not reflected. still was not being address properly ( calling my name incorrectly) at this point I don’t think this wa... read more
UPDATE: if you live here and pay for parking you’re a fool. They have been letting my abuser park here with his family that are BANNED from trespassing on the property still park and live here freely. I got assaulted in this building on the second floor. The entire leasing office was there that day and did nothing about this man living doors down from me!!! An entire domestic violence situation!!! The dog pop in the hallways continue, they ignore your noise complaints and building complaints as well as emails. They act like ... read more
