I appreciate the responsiveness of the leasing office as a unit in general, but one thing that I've really enjoyed is their warmth, especially Ty. Whether I am walking into the building after a long day and run into them, or see them via the windows, I am always greeted with a smile, a wave, and a greeting.
I've been living at the Atworth for a year and overall, it's been a good experience. However, some things could be better. Pros: -Great location — close to Metro. -The amenities pool, gym, rooftop, and clubhouse are a nice bonus and usually in good condition. -Elevator/garage door are out of service often but they do a good job of repairing within 24-48 hours. Cons: -Trash Everywhere. Trash rooms constantly overflowing along with loading dock area and trash bins in garage. Residents also throw trash anywhere. Could see the b... read more
Julie is hands down amazing she very hard working an compassionate, wife had a problem with loss documents, and Julie went above and beyond to help us stay calm and track down the documents in such a friendly manner. Thank you Julie
Since the property management rejected my post, I guess Google Reviews is the only place left to ask: does anyone else get water in different shades at home? (Left is bottled water, middle is tap water from a few days ago, right is after a Brita filter.) I even had some stomach issues recently and just wanted to check if anyone else noticed something similar otherwise, maybe I was just unlucky that day.
