This company will not represent you and will throw you under the bus for their own contracts. Got a job and worked it for 2+ months, got a weird firing process(still looking for legal help) and had ZERO help from AtWork or whoever these people represent… This company is only for flagging crews and I’ve heard my stories about those unfortunate people They sell the worker for 2x+ their wages and make bank. Called for info about a training it was advertised in Turner Maine for Tuesday. I was told it was in Hamden Maine. I also asked about the Job specifics and was told that i had to be between 20 and 25 i said that was illegal to not hire someone because of age she replied that it was definitely legal i disagreed and she hung up on me.i will be reporting this to the states AG office.
Training was bad, they tokd me 2 weeks and Id have full time work, it was more 3 than after a month total bs in betweeen job.....a day here, there. The add I applied for said 24/hr, I took 21 the first job, then they try to cut you down, either in hourly pay, so you must take less an hour or a week or 2 without work.....figure its like NOT have a job.
