The sudden heatwave took us by surprise. When we turned on the a.c it failed to cool the house. I alled expecting to have to wait days. They were able to fit us in the same day . We needed a part which they had in stocks. The unit was repaired and cleaned quickly. We were very satisfied
Our heating failed during the holidays which is already a cold and chaotic season as it is, but Atwood-Gravel came out as soon as they could to diagnose our furnace issues. They told us it could be a week and even offered other business names to call to see if anyone could help us get our new unit quicker, but they called us back the same day and told us they had one unit in stock and it would be in the next day.
