Andrew Atwood is RUDE, NOT EMPATHETIC, NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I took my car in and it was a constant run around. He says one thing, can never answer a question with a direct answer. HE IS WORSE THAN A USED CAR SALES MAN.
Excellent service – We have always had great experiences with Atwood European. They are very competitively priced and our work has always been completed timely. Atwood European has worked on all four of our Mercedes over the years. Mr. Atwood has very high expectations of his techs, so our cars are not only repaired and working but are also clean when we pick them up. watch this man he is not who he claims to be – watch this man he is not the stand up guy he claims he even writes a comment on him self trekki 1666 he does not do what he says he is only there for the cash not for the so called good service. he is a patholgic liar and can not fix a car the first time .i would never tell any one i know to go there for anything.watch him for your own good.
Excellent Service – I have been taking my cars to Atwood European for several years. I have owned several MB autos, including one grey market that was very hard to get parts for. Andrew has been great help in aquiring parts, and the work has always been top-notch. I have persoanlly watched Andrew interact with difficult customers (people who do not really have the money to get their cars fixed) and I can say that he is patient, calm, and understanding, even if customer expectations are outlandish.
Watch him like a HAWK !!! – Be careful ... BE VERY CAREFUL... Mr Andrew Atwood can be charming...and is a good mechanic and technician. But he is also pathologic businessman. I brought my 1966 corvette in for repairs. After repairing the car, Mr. Atwood crashed it, and then he kept the damage from me. I was out of state. When I did arrive to look at the car, I found the front end smashed. He promised that he would fix it, and did not. He may or may not have insurance to cover such damages. Atwood European is superior to Mercedes dealer service. Best MB service in AZ! – Atwood's prices are fair and their service is second to none. It is rare to find a mechanic with such skill and integrity. Whenever I need service on my ML, SLK, or Porsche, Andrew is the one I call.

Response to Getting to big – I bring both of my Mercedes to Atwood and so far have had excellent service, The prices are very reasonable and stands behind his diagnosis and work. Being new to Phoenix when I brought in my car it was a refreshing change to find someone who did'nt try to "rebuild" my car everytime it came in.
