June 28 2025. This is the beginning of a long review. This review will be written in stages. 1. Pre repair 2 Post repair On labor day I took my truck to a carwash, the machine malfunctioned, leaving small dents and chips of paint along the passenger side roof edge.The brush malfunctioned. They excepted responsibility for the damages. I had to get 3 estimates. JC Lewis Auto Body, A&L Auto Body and Atwood Auto Body. They were recommended to me from a friend for good service & for the support they give our community especially the schools. I spoke with Mike & Megan. Both were great. Megan would call or email with updates. She’s was so helpful to ensure we got our car back before our vacation. My car looks so great & they addressed every concern. Highly recommend!
I couldn't begin to say enough good things about Mike, or Atwood Autobody! When the roof of my truck was damaged, he made it a priority to get it in the shop and have it repaired quickly. His team also assisted me in the process with the insurance company of the driver at fault, which was incredibly helpful since it was my first time navigating that, and teeth needed to be pulled! If you need top of the line body work and excellent customer service, Atwood Autobody should be at the very top of your call list!
Waited a few months to post a review to see how the new part held up so this review will reflect the job performed as well as how well it has lasted: Had some damage to the front fender of my black pickup truck. The whole fender needed to be replaced and color matched. Timing was of no issue. The truck was diagnosed and quoted within a day of me calling the shop.
