I get doctors are busy but my 15 minute (standard $90) appointment took about 5 minutes longer because the doctor was talking to me about something other than my appointment or my issue which moved me to an extended appointment ($145). Also the lady before me booked in 11.15 got there at 11.35 (my appointment was 11.30) and they still let her in before me making my appointment 30 minutes late... sorry her appointment should have been cancelled or move it after if there was an appointment available
Saw Dr. Chen for the first time for a long standing medical concern that we have. Dr. Chen was very knowledgeable and was able to give us a better understanding and introduced new options and a better plan on how to handle the management of our case. We've seen quiet a few GPs now but Dr. Chen was the first one who made us feel that he is there to help. Very nice and welcoming staff too!
Very professional and kind lady
I have had very good experiences over the last 2 years, whenever we have needed to see Dr Chen (on occasion Dr Rose), either regarding myself or my son. Staff have been caring, helpful and have always given me all the info I needed.
