Lived at this property for 2 years. Good things about this place is the staff in the front office are very nice and pleasant to deal with. Any issues I had living there they would do their best to help me and were very polite and professional. Pool area was clean and so was the gym. I had a lot of issues with the maintenance crew. There were multiple issues in my apartment from bugs, rats, electrical, water leaks and microwave not working. These apartments will cheat you out of money. When I first move in they were running a special 500.00.off rent changed managment and didnt give me the discount off even though they agreed it was a special shortly after moved in they changed systems I could not access the document in writting where they offered the discount. Moved out gave my 3 month notice they charged me 630.00 dollar for not giving notice I went in office and gave notice spoke with Esther Valle.
