Lesley helped me find the perfect apartment! She’s incredibly kind and made the entire moving process simple and effortless. Everyone here—from the leasing team to maintenance—is friendly, helpful, and always greets you with a smile. The amenities and community events are just the cherry on top! Lesley helped me find the perfect home, from start to finish her energy was everything her attention to detail and professionalism in meeting exactly what i wanted from layout, view and even to feature walls. she didn't rush me she took the time to show me in detail every part of the complex explaining the community. i couldn't be happier so thank you Lesley your awesome.
Danny has always been so welcoming! I just appreciate him always being willing to help. The move to this community was the best choice. Charlie was so professional with helping me and my husband find a home. I love the community and the events they have. Very Family oriented

Just had yet another 10/10 experience with our maintenance crew here at Atwater, these guys are the best of the best. Always resolve my issue same day and always the best attitude, put in a sevice request this morning and Danny and Derrone just got finished fixing everything in about 15 minutes the same day i put in the request. I wish every apartment complex had these guys.
