My husband and I have been living here for almost two weeks, and we absolutely love it. No regrets at all, the complex is amazing and truly the best. Staff is always quick to help. The community is well located, peaceful, well maintained and has a wonderful community vibe… friendly neighbors, friendly staff, pickeball and all amazing amenities. Moved here 2 months ago and living here has been nothing but a frustrating experience. The management office is nearly impossible to reach, phone calls go unanswered, and emails take days for a response. When issues arise, don’t expect timely or professional handling. When I moved in, I noticed white streaks in the bathtub. I assumed it was leftover paint and didn’t think much of it. By day 5, I realized it was actually the bathtub peeling. I've been a resident here for approximately eight months and overall, the property is extremely well managed. Maintenance request are promptly responded to and staff members, from the front desk through the maintenance team are always professional. The residents are friendly, and, unless you are annoyed by the occasional sound of children playing or tennis balls being hit, the premises is generally quiet. I had a great experience with Atwater apartment Home. Charlie such a Amazing person it’s was very polite and was very patient to help me with my paperwork process and Kianna with application process. Charlie it’s very professional and the apartment complex Super Elegant Clean Quite environment Thank you Charlie and staff for everything.
The maintenance crew are the best when it comes to getting the issues fixed. They always never leave any mess behind and they are very respectful.
