Recently I received great customer service from Abbey in the Orchard Park office. My insurance company denied coverage on my (very expensive) eye drops and Abbey spent weeks following up with my insurance company. She appealed their denial decision multiple times and kept me informed throughout the process until my prescription coverage was finally approved. She really went above and beyond!
