The experience was totally professional. Nothing to complain about.
Extremely disappointing that the hours have still not been updated after another reviewer pointed out that they were incorrect 5 months ago. I drove an hour roundtrip just to arrive to a "Closed" sign.
If you're supposed to be open until 1 on a Saturday, be open until 1. If someone pays a lot of money for their glasses at your business and needs an adjustment they should be able to come and get them adjusted.
Highly recommended. I have been seeing the Dr for years now.
