Once again I am impressed and so thankful for the folks at ATW in Eugene. They were able to repair my shrink-wrap machine in a very short time. The customer service was very good, and the cost was less than I expected.

I just purchased Impulse Sealer Repair kits from them. I purchased from other company before and it didn't fit also the quality wasn't good. Tom helped me so kind and they shipped my stuff very nice. They did a professional job and I satisfied 200%! Highly recommend!
Great machines. We've run the model 1580 for 6-7 years and finally needed a replacement part. Sam was super helpful and got what we needed!
