If you write a review of a company that is basically the best one we have here in Durham, Please be accurate. Scooters are machines, and your ignorance is what your problem is. I had a really bad experience with the people that work there. I went with my scooter because it had a problem in the gear. They told me that they needed two days to solve the problem. I went there two days after and they had "fixed" the problem, but my scooter didn't turn on!!! The mechanic was not there and woman explained me that situation was normal and she used a "starting fluid" to help me to start the scooter.
