I purchase a replacement backup camera system for my RV on 05/15/2023. I asked that the equipment not be billed and shipped until all products were in stock (the rear-view camera) was on back order. I ordered a product from this company that had a promised delivery date of 1 week. After a month I have not received the product. I sent several emails and made several phone calls to the company with no response. I had to get a refund through PayPal.
