Disappointing as administration is not up to scratch as despite filling out paperwork prior to appointment this information was not forwarded to the practitioner I visited. Billing was also compromised due to item number error and required two visits to Atune plus phone calls to rectify. Communication at this practice is very ordinary.
I waited quite a while to write this, as I was in two minds whether to. We moved to the area and decided to find a closer GP as ours is in the city. I saw a lovely Dr (can’t recall her name) but this was the only positive experience. I had a small growth on my head and was told the tool needed to remove it was on order, due in a couple of weeks. They’d call me when it arrived. Never heard from them. Second time, I had something sore on my back. They took a biopsy and said they’d contact me with the result. Again, never heard... read more
