Very Down to earth kind of doctor Straight to the point I like that about a person.
The person at the desk in Dr Gupta's office was very kind and helpful as I was registering for my post-surgical and hospitalization follow-up visit. The nurse who led me to the exam room and took vitals was very welcoming and cheerful, easing some anxiety I was feeling. I would give zero stars if possible. My family member had a scheduled appointment for follow up with Dr. Gupta at a specific time due to needing a ride and someone to accompany him to his appointment. The office called and tried to reschedule him the day of, within hours of his scheduled appointment due to “earlier openings.” My family member said he had to come at a later time due to transportation. It’s sad, but Dr. Gupta traumatize me with his shameful behavior. He told me three times, in front of my husband that he doesn’t care what the CDC Says about Lyme disease and treatment of it. He was atrocious, and I have a sickening feeling that part of his issue was because of my race and gender. He is lacking compassion and bedside manner.
