Food was good, but service wasn’t. Lied that they don’t have washroom, but when we walked around, we found that they do have, and we asked that why did you lie, they said, you can use it
Puff are not fresh. When ask you ask to pack puffs to go then they go in their kitchen and give you the puffs which are not fresh. This has happened multiple times. Even Vada pav, pav didn’t seems normal. Someone needs to inspect the kitchen. I had multiple bad incidents. Feels bad because other franchise are better than this one
It is a good place for tea time snacks. Its very spacious and well lit place. People i guess mostly come for take out snacks - they have variety of freshly made and prepackaged snacks. I tried their pav bhaji, pizza. Their pizza was good. Their tea and masala soda was good too. Also they have no icing cakes and their rasmalai cake was awesome!
