Has anyone been able to reach an actual person at Attyx? I’ve had an unpaid balance owed to me since October, and every attempt to contact them only leads to voicemail or automated systems. Any guidance on how to get a real response would be appreciated.
Almost 9 months since roof installed and they still have not come to repair nails coming through roof overhang. Ready to go to court.
We just had our PV system installed, trash left behind from the installation, to date system still not working & no one has returned to collect the trash left behind. We were told someone will be in touch about the trash left behind along with ensuring the system is running correctly once HECO inspects the system. We have sent numerous emails & there is no phone number to contact anyone. This is super disappointing & even worse when you check with BBB this company is not accredited & currently has lawsuits pending.
Do NOT hire this company. Poor communication, all phone numbers are not available, they only communicate through email after they get their money. I have been trying to get them to come out and fix the problems with the system they installed in 2024. The reply I get is; "we sent in a ticket for review." I am paying for a loan on the roof and solar and STILL paying an electric bill. Everything has been deceptive, unacceptable and fraudulent. It's been almost 3 months since we got things installed and yet no word from anyone regarding on when things will be functional. Now I'll have to pay the solar load and my electric bill. Can’t get in touch with anyone. Always emails or voicemails.
