Camped just down the road from here for the week so this was a must for us. Really enjoyed browsing around all the tents and accessories and the kids had fun on the playground there. I Wasn't in the business for purchasing anything but 2 days later we ended up coming back here to get an air mattress as ours burst in the night. Visited on Sunday 24th Aug and purchased a Vango Vacation awning and a few other bits. I rarely write reviews, but was so impressed with the service and advice we received from Harry, I felt compelled to express my appreciation. Thank you Harry, you’re a credit to Atwoolls!
Good shop for camping gear and motorhome. Good stock of tents, outdoor and hiking gear pretty much everything you need be it for camping caravan or converted vans. Me and my partner live in our van and spend a fair bit of time here buying supplies before long trips. We have travelled all over the UK and Europe and Attwoolls has supplied most of our stuff. The one thing we couldn't get was a flagpole but that's not a major problem. All in all its a great store and fairly big and nice to walk around.
Can’t fault the service and price matching. Everything under one roof with genuine passion shown from staff.
Visited here as our side pod poles snapped when we put tent up. We asked a man who works there to help us , he said he couldn't string poles for us but gave us a free pole to do it ourselves, much appreciated
