I bought a fridge for $2.774 the refunded me ***** the delivery fee was supposed to be waived as the cause of the fridge not fitting was they gave me the wrong measurements they said it was a quarter of an inch smaller than an actually was then they got mad because theyre delivery guys messed up the side of the fridge Trying to install it so they blamed me because I am an installer for them right do not use this company. They are liars and crooks.

Absolutely wonderful sales people, service department and technicians! Home warranty service, selection of product, timely install and free removal of old appliance! Can't ask for anything better, oh wait, the *** himself came out and discounted the appliance even further! I highly recommend!

Really cares about the community
0 Stars this the worst company ever. they don't mind taking your money to sale you something but don't ever expect any service on repairs. *** who supposedly runs the place is the rudest and then just hangs up on you. Go some where else to buy your appliances and get your service done. they shouldn't be allowed to have a business license. they don't deserve 1 star
I had attwood appliance come out to my house on a service call to diagnose my refrigerator that wasn’t working I paid 365$ for them to come and diagnose the problem and hopefully fix it. They sent two technicians and then called me the next day and said they don’t work on that type of refrigerator compressor! So now I am out 365$ and have to have another company come and do the same because no one will accept another company’s diagnoses. Bad practices
Shouldn't even get one star. Worst customer service they dont call back. Dont work well with insurance claims. Lies to customers and basically get paid to do nothing for 2 months of just plain avoiding the work. Worst company ever! C IRATING S TOO GOOD FOR THEM!!
RecommendedChris is awesome! Rather you want new or used, she will get it! During this pandemic, big box stores can't even get freezers in for a minimum of 6 months, even with your order paid, the box stores change the delivery date week after week for months. This has not happened at Attwoods! Chris will watch out with their incoming orders and she does call you immediately! It has been such a great experience buying from a store that truly cares about their customers! This is the best place to go! Very satisfied customer, R. Herzog

I was assigned to Attwoods Appliances in Kingman Arizona.. I call them to make appointment. Then I missed there Call, call them right back the lady that does the scheduling was on the phone. Ask the gentleman to please call me back in about 15 minuets, explained I was on my way home and on my bike Did not want to miss her call again. Had to call back the next morning to see when I was schedule . Call a total of three times that day. Never returned my call. This was seat up up by my Home warranty service.
