I have an Attwood folding mast light and the plastic deteriorated and fell apart on me. Tried to contact support several times but their warranty claim form on the website is broken and phone number just rings busy. Can't seem to find a way to reach anyone. I am starting to think I should have bought another brand.
I tried to spend 1000 dollars on guns but address was different but I had a IRS notice either address and I got turned down
I have tried for three weeks to get any person by phone and on line without a response. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I have a fifty dollar bow light that the red side has never worked and they apparently do not care!
3 times I left voice mail messages, 2 time I requested a call back and waited for 3.5 hours all trying to get technical help for their S3 Bilge Switch! Will never buy another Attwood product.
