I had my hearing aid for 3 days and lost it. I wear mask at work and it must got lost when replaced mask. I had an appointment for check up and I rang and was put through to customer service lady in Brisbane. She advised me to keep with the appointment and discuss with audiologist. I had 40 min drive and only to be told by a receptionist that she was filling in for the day and audiologist not onsite and it was "just for a check up". Great service and excellent with children.
The staff were very helpful. Simran made me feel comfortable and answered my queries.She was very professional and kind. Will be happy to recommend this service to others.
Staff put my daughter at ease (she was very nervous). Great service, only suggestion for improvement is to make the front area a little cooler, as it was uncomfortable in the full afternoon sun.
