Abby is a skilled and knowledgeable healer. At the time of this review, I have gone for 4 deep tissue massages with myofascial release techniques; they have all been phenomenal. Abby utilized slightly different techniques based on my symptoms and problem areas. She is immediately receptive to feedback about pressure. The office is clean and tidy, yet still manages to be cozy.
Abby helps to shift my body into better health every time I visit. I am so lucky to have her support in my self-care routine.
Abby is a master of her craft and a remarkably gifted healer. I’ve seen her for internal pelvic attunement after experiencing significant birth trauma, as well as massage therapy/bodywork, and am always astounded by her intuitive ability to tap in and nurture exactly what needs to be addressed on a physical, energetic, and emotional level.
