Horrible experience. Bret has not valued us as clients during this extremely emotional time. Even with things laid out very clearly in written email form he manages to not execute them well. Details are missed, thus creating more back and forth and a much longer process than necessary, especially when the back and forth is weeks in-between his responses. Absurd! I will not ever choose to go to Attrell's in the future due to this terrible experience. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Bret Chambers has made the worst process in the world nearly doable for me and my family. His grace, manners, and friendly demeanor through out each step is nothing but appreciated! And their warmth has been unparalleled by any other local funeral home/cremation services.
The mortuary update is beautiful. Such a welcoming change.
