I used to love this place, but after yesterday, I’m not so sure anymore. I asked for a haircut and specifically requested not to take too much off, but unfortunately the stylist cut more than I wanted and she let me leave with my hair completely damp. I know it’s just hair and it will grow back, but I was very disappointed. This had been my favorite place for many years, so this experience was very weird, and I’m not sure if I’ll return.
