Absolutely the worst , inefficient , incompetent representation from Bernie. He came unprepared to hearing and made key mistakes that totally changed the outcome of hearing. * He is not interested in solving issues of contention. * For every piece of work done by paralegal [ who's timesheet is accurate for the work ] , Bernie adds another timesheet for himself for same time as paralegal. I reached out to Bernie and his team because I was a bit lost and confused with the whole paperwork and the process. Bernie responded quickly to my requests and we set up a virtual meeting for a meet and greet.
