Customer Service? Nah. I purposely jumped through the hoops early to renew my license. Multiple emails and non working electronic forms later to these guys for new notary stamp. When I let them know I hadn't received my order 2 months later, they said they were missing a document but yet hadn't bothered to tell me about that 2 months ago! 2 weeks until expiration.
