I never heard of someone not using what the children tell her in her reports for the well being of the kids. I feel this person should be investigated for taking bribes considering the fact that the importance of the children and what they want were never even discussed in a case that I'm following. Smh

Good luck if you get her as a GAL! I have never in my life found it harder to communicate with someone. Martha will say one thing to you, and come back next time saying, "I don't remember it happening that way." Or, "I don't remember saying that". You can tell she's a "lawyer" based off of how good of a manipulator and liar she is. A combined total of $1,600 out the door for her to come to two supervised visits, and a handful of court hearings. She does NOT follow through on a thing she says she will. Worst GAL ever! If I could have given her zero stars, I would have. She does not have the best interest of child. She doesn’t return emails or calls. Heck, she’ll even hang up on you if she don’t like what your telling her. She’ll drag the court case on just to get more money out of you. She went to 2 supervised visits in over year!! 2…that is all!!! And claims she knows what’s best for my grandson. Smh. Shell lie right to your face and then turn around and say she never said that.
