I never heard of someone not using what the children tell her in her reports for the well being of the kids. I feel this person should be investigated for taking bribes considering the fact that the importance of the children and what they want were never even discussed in a case that I'm following. Smh

Good luck if you get her as a GAL! I have never in my life found it harder to communicate with someone. Martha will say one thing to you, and come back next time saying, "I don't remember it happening that way." Or, "I don't remember saying that". You can tell she's a "lawyer" based off of how good of a manipulator and liar she is. A combined total of $1,600 out the door for her to come to two supervised visits, and a handful of court hearings. She does NOT follow through on a thing she says she will.
